Is vaccine H1N1 really available in Malaysia?

Kuala Lumpur : Two different news have pop up in local online newspapers today about the availability of vaccine H1N1. One saying that we do have and the second one said we do not have.

The first one is reported by The Malaysian Insider as cited from Bernama,
The second one is being reported by Kosmo,

Which one is correct? Do we really have it or not?
